Damaliscus lunatus They are selective grazers, having a long and slender muzzle, enabling them to choose the choicest grasses. They are the fastest antelope in southern Africa and have incredibly good eyesight. They are capable of going without water but do drink during the dry seasons. Females give birth to 1 young after a gestation of 8 months. |
