Recommended route from Johannesburg
Take the N12 to Witbank, then to Middleburg. Take the R540 to
Belfast, Dullstroom, Lydenburg, Origstad and through the Strydom
Tunnel.
On approaching Hoedspruit take
the R531 to Klaserie, Acornhoek and then follow the signs for
Sabi Sands to Gowrie Gate. Entrance is R80 per vehicle. Go directly
to the camp you are booked into: Bush Lodge is 12kms from the
gate, Vuyatela is 2kms and Galago Camp 2kms.
Road transfers from Kruger Mpumalanga
International Airport (KMIA) and Hoedspruit Airport may be booked
with Djuma:
- Kruger Mpumalanga International
Airport (KMIA) allow 2 ½ hours.
- Hoedspruit Airport allow 1½ hours.
Self drive from Hoedspruit Airport
Follow the Klaserie signs, at the T Junction turn left onto the
R531, then follow the signs for Acornhoek. Then follow the signs
for Sabi Sands to Gowrie Gate. Entrance is R80 per vehicle. Go
directly to the camp you are booked into: Bush Lodge is 12kms
from the gate, Vuyatela is 2kms and Galago Camp 2kms.

Take the R40 to White River, Hazyview, Bushbuckridge and Acornhoek.
Then follow the signs for Sabi Sands to Gowrie Gate. Entrance
