Wattled Starling Creatophora cinerea
They are found in Southern Arabia, East Africa and throughout Southern Africa, seen in large numbers in certain areas and changing their movements according to the seasons. They prefer open woodland and farmland areas and may be found roosting or nesting in flocks numbering hundreds, sometimes thousands. They have not been recorded breeding in the Djuma area but usually appear around the rainy season. |
