Green Pigeon Teron calva
They are mainly found in the wetter regions of the country in woodland areas, especially where there are fig trees, on which they feed. They are considered to be common within their range and move around in small groups. They are found breeding from August to January; both parents incubate the eggs for a period of upto 14 days. |
