European Roller Coracias garrulus They breed in Western Asia, the Middle East and in Europe, found living in lightly wooded areas near grassland. They are normally found by themselves and considered common to fairly common within their range, migrating to Southern Africa from October to May. They feed mainly on insects but are known to catch small reptiles. |
