As per my previous post, we are planning to relaunch the Djuma Safari Cam next week for a three month trial period during which time we all need to work together to make this a viable enterprise. As previously stated, Djuma does not have the resources to carry this camera, but we have given our commitment to try and match the cost of operating the camera with the income we can derive from people watching the camera online (and thus watching the adverts from which we derive our income). The support from the community has been overwhelming and we thank you for your kind show of support. Many have asked what they can do in practical terms. Well, herewith a link to WildEarth where Graham has very clearly set out what we all can do to help save this magnificent camera. More blogs will follow on this topic and how we are all collectively doing in thei rescue effort.
